How to bring your group to Grand Rapids

Are you a member of a club or association that holds regional or national meetings? Are you proud of your hometown and state? Behind most conventions are loyal and supportive individuals just like you!

Simply by showing your support, you can be the key to securing an upcoming meeting, convention or tournament.

Just provide the Grand Rapids/Kent County Convention & Visitors Bureau with information about your group and its upcoming meetings. Then the Bureau will begin the bidding process. This information will allow the Bureau to:

research your next open meeting year and start the bid process
gather and compile hotel and meeting facility proposals
make presentations to the decision making committee
arrange site visits for decision makers
